Dr. Melvin and her dental hygienist are by far the best duo in the tri-state. While Dr. Jeter is also amazing, I've had more experience with Dr. Melvin. She's a Godsend and a blessing (they both are!)! I trust this team so much that I no longer white-knuckle the chair or fear going back. They're like extraction whisperers! Seriously! If you're a patient, they don't mess around. They get you in for those holiday emergencies. They will go to bat for you, too! Most of all, they make you feel welcomed, safe, and they're not going to let it hurt while in there doing work. I thank God for them, as well as the whole office!
Oh, and the prices coupled with the people and customer service... Well, you will not find a better deal or experience. Trust me, I've looked. Don't waste time waiting like I did. Excellence in dental health service! The staff and Dr. Jeter create a very calming and comfortable atmosphere for children!!! We were taken care of in a timely manner. Quality of care was top notch as well.
